Susan Perry has more than 30 years of experience in association management, advertising, exhibit/sponsorship sales, and event/meeting planning. She has led multifaceted advertising, sponsorship, and exhibit sales programs for several associations.
As Executive Vice President at the International Sleep Products Association, Perry tripled advertising revenue from $300,000 to more than $1 million. When Association Vision launched a magazine for ISPA’s foundation, she sold $500,000 in advertising during the first year to ensure its immediate profitability. Perry also led advertising sales for the National Precast Concrete Association.
Perry also sold advertising for Association Management magazine (currently Associations Now), published by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), handling the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Canadian markets. She also sold ASAE exhibits and sponsorships.
Perry earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 1997 and has a BS degree in Business and Technology Management from the University of Maryland, where she graduated summa cum laude.
