Sallie S. Hyman
Sallie S. Hyman is an accomplished freelancer who writes on business and hospitality industry topics and has authored two books – one detailing her adventures as a foreign exchange student in Germany and the other based on the journal of a relative who fought in the Civil War and was one of the first prisoners of war taken during the First Battle of Bull Run.
She wrote both books while pursuing a successful career in veterinary medicine – she holds a doctor of veterinary medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and has been a practicing veterinarian for 15 years. She currently operates her own small business, Forever Home, which provides compassionate and caring end-of life-services for pets in the privacy and comfort of their homes.
Hyman now devotes more of her time to pursue her interest in writing and communications, and provides freelance writing and public relations services to Association Vision clients.
